Sick Hanna and our new place

NEW AUGUST CLASS- PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSES on MONDAY NIGHT (AUGUST 31st) Flight of the Butterfly Suitcase and card set

Here is another card I made using the PTI On My Couch stamp set.
Here is a card I made using the Single Hanna Stamps. This one is sick Hanna. I stamped with Staz-on on watercolor paper and watercolored the image. The designer paper is retired dsp from SU! called Bella Birds. If you scroll down you will see pictures of our new place and our community here in Alpharetta, GA. I like it so far. Today all day we were shopping...first we went to rent a car, then to the GA own credit union, then to lunch, then to the Mall, which is huge, then home, then we went to look for a car, to the supermarket and Walmart. Now I am dead tired. LoL. At least we got lamps for the two bedrooms, since there is no light in neither bathroom.

Last night we went out for dinner at the nearby sushi place, Nana's Sushi.... they have some great sushi at quite resonable pirces. And another thing that I like about this area is that there are quite few sushi places!!!

Ok, scoll down for pictures. The last picture is the room that will be my craft room, once I unpack everything and set it up.

We arrived in Georgia

We are here safe and sound. We arrived yesterday afternoon around 4.30pm. We had several people come help us unload the truck and it was all done in like 2hrs. Wonderful!
I love the new apartment and I have a whole room dedicated to my stamping!!!! The community is cool!!! I have pictures to share, but I am at the community computer so I can't just plug in my SD card from the camera.

I will try to share pictures and some creations soon.

I have just emailed all the instruction files that were ordered.

Good-bye Philly

Well, in couple hours we are going to hit the road and be on our way to Atlanta, GA. We should arrive there tomorrow afternoon, as we are staying over for the night in North Carolina.

If you order instructions files there may be some delay in emailing you those to you. I will do my best to email all orders as soon as I get internet access. I should be able to check my email on daily basis once we arrive in GA, so I should be able to send all orders within 24 hrs.

On my couch again and grab bag cards update

Here is another card I made using the PTI On My Couch stamp set.
An update on my moving. We found an apartment in Alpharetta, GA, about 5 miles from where I will be working. It seems like a nice place. My hubby was down there. It's a gated community, has 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, fitness center, sushi place down the street etc. The apartment has dishwasher (YAY!!!!), washer and drier, which is not usual for PA to have washer and drier inside the apartment (but we have in our current one), 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
So, it seems like very nice place, and it is kind of exciting and scary to move!!!
We found where the church is meeting, and the funniest thing is that the evangelist who is leading the church used to be my "boss" while I was in the ministry in Macedonia, as he was overseeing all administration of the churches in Europe. And another interesting thing is that a great friend of mine (from ROmania) who was on the second mission team in Macedonia now lives near Atlanta and attends the same congregation (North View Church of Christ). Sean was able to stay with him and his wife when he went down there to look for apartment.

Ok, I won't bore you enough.

There are several more grab bags cards available, since I found a whole box of cards while packing LOL....Scroll down to purchase. I will ship all of the orders tomorrow (Monday) afternoon. So, you have until then.

On Tuesday we are loading the moving van and leaving for Georgia on Wednesday morning. I am starting my job at Siemens Power Generation on Monday, August 31st.

We have moved our doorstep and some news

I guess it's time to let the cat out of the bag and this card is perfect for it. As many of you know I graduated in June from Drexel University, and my husband was recently laid off from his job. We wanted to move to California, but things were not quite working out our way. So I got a job offer to work for Siemens Power Generation as Jr Electrical Engineer at their office in Alpharetta, Georgia. I am starting on August 31st, which means we are moving within 10-12 days from PA. It's scary, confusing, everything happened so suddenly... But I am so excited for the job, it's something I wanted to do all along. So my hubby is going to Atlanta next week to hunt for apartment so we can move less than 2 weeks from now. You can still register for classes and I will be still sending the ordered templates as usual. I will try by the end of the weekend to post the other 2 classes for this month. But if I don't I hope you understand and forgive me ;) The classes will be shipped as usual.

And here is the card I made for this occassion . I have been trying all day to make a card, but I have been distracted with so many things and details about our move.
